The Property consists of an assemblage of monzonite, monzodiorite and tonalite, calcsilicate rocks and paragneisses that are crosscut by numerous late stage light-coloured pegmatites. Some pegmatites are oriented Northeast and can be followed over a distance of at least 5 km. Despite good access, geological mapping remains piecemeal and patchy as several additional pegmatite bodies are likely to be discovered through detailed prospecting. The Property is almost adjacent to the La Lièvre Regional Shear Zone, being less than 1 km west of the Property. This shear zone extends for at least 50 km. Several northeast structures and faults are also present nearby.
